User Accounts
User accounts define the credentials and access capabilities of Cloud Email Protection users. Cloud Email Protection uses Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), which allows you to assign each user one or more roles for access to Cloud Email Protection functionality.
NOTE: Fortra Cloud Email Protection support personnel do not have access rights to create, enable, edit, or delete user accounts in your Cloud Email Protection organization.
